RAM 1500 RUMBLE BEE
Twenty years after RAM stopped building the original muscle truck, the Rumble Bee brings the idea back with interest. This is a Quad Cab short-bed pickup with 330 mm cut out of the frame behind the cab, a track widened by the best part of 180 mm at each end, and a widebody stance that takes it out to 2,235 mm across — a genuinely different shape to any other RAM 1500.
It is offered in four forms. The Rumble Bee opens with the 5.7-litre HEMI V8, the Rumble Bee 392 steps up to the 6.4-litre HEMI — the first time RAM has put that engine in a light-duty 1500 — and the 392 Track Pack adds air suspension, Brembo brakes and aerodynamics. At the top, the Rumble Bee SRT runs the supercharged 6.2-litre HEMI with 777 hp.
